A highly intense aroma that harmonises with hints of ripe fruit, very pleasant and characteristic of the ageing in the bottle.
In the mouth it is pleasant, fresh and potent with the carbonic elements well integrated. The effects of the ageinig blend with the taste of ripe fruit.
The aftertaste is ample, long and persistent.
Very well balanced with fine, abundant bubbles.
Ideal as an aperitif at any time. Also perfect with all kinds of fish, shellfish, white and red meats, sauces, etc. An excellent choice to accompany a whole meal.
