Straw coloured yellow with green tones.
Fine, persistent bubbles. Bright appearance.
Accentuated aroma of fresh grapes, with signs of ripe fruit and of citric fruits, very pleasant and characteristic of ageing in the bottle.
In the mouth it is extremely vivacious, compensated for by a pleasant equilibrium and elegance. Aftertaste is fruity, evoking the apple, pear and a hint of citric.
Balanced, fruity and persistent.
Ideal as an aperitif at any time. Also perfect with all kinds of fish, shellfish, white and red meats, sauces, etc.
An ideal wine to accompany a whole meal.
