Well structured in the mouth, homogeneous flavours which woke the varieties of grapes.
Appropriate presence of carbonic elements in the mouth, balanced in acidity and sugars. Smooth and long aftertaste. Clean retro-nasal effect.
Pleasant at the outset, with an excellent combination of carbonic elements, and a long, persistent aftertaste in which ripe fruit predominates.
The structure and ageing makes it ideal as an aperitif at any time. It is also suitable with all types of fish, shellfish, white and red meats. sauces, etc.
