A noble, sober cava, yellow with a touch of green and golden highlights. The fineness of the bubbles creates a perfect rosary on the surface.
Complex aromas due to the ageing process, with signs of ripe white fruit.
In the mouth it is fresh, potent and elegant with very good carbonic integration. The effects of the ageing blend with the ripe fruit. Excellent final sensation.
