Cossetània Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot has obtained the Silver Medal from the Bacchus 2013 challenge organized by the U.E.C. (Unión Española de Catadores).
During four days, from the 15th to the 19th March, in Madrid, more than 100 professional wine tasters tasted 1.500 wines from all over the world, one of which was the Cossetània red young wine with its new Silver Medal.
Cossetània is a red wine of intense cherry-red colour, very lively and fruity in the nose. It has intense aromas that evoke very ripe red fruits, jams and liquorice among others. In the mouth it is a silk wine balanced and well rounded. It shows an excellent balance of acidity and tannins with a persistent finish.
Castell d’Or is very satisfied with this award which shows again the effort done by the group of wine-elaborating cellars as well as its professionals.
